Daimler Chrysler ECP

Constructed in phases over a one and a half year period, these two additions totaling 170,000 sq. ft. encapsulated 70% of the existing operating facility. There was no disruption of operations throughout the project, despite complicated facility tie-ins. The additions included an expansion of the current diecast facility, automated casting lines, a cafeteria, office space, shipping docks, compressor room, and a new power distribution unit. This project converted an antiquated plant into a world class parts production facility. Highly complex and time sensitive, these projects anchored Kemp’s long term relationship with one of the world’s largest corporations.
