Autocast Ventilation Upgrade

About Project

Due to increased production levels in the autocast department, heat dissipation became problematic during the summer months. This upgrade improved the working conditions for the autocast technicians. The project involved the installation of nine exhaust units and nine makeup air units and extensive ducting within the plant. The complex internal ducting was installed while the plant was in operation and required close interaction between Kemp and plant personnel to ensure production was maintained. The hoisting of the exhaust and makeup air units was carefully executed in one day. This design/build project had a tight schedule and was completed in less than one month.
